As a kid, Steve often took apart toys, clocks and appliances to see how they worked. Unfortunately for his parents, when he put them back together, there were usually “spare parts”. That inquisitiveness has stayed with him through his professional development - he's known as a critical thinker who challenges convention.

A true whiteboard disciple, you’ve probably seen the results of his “dry erase artistry” in high profile promotions for the likes of Live Nation Entertainment, McDonald’s, and Walt Disney Company. Steve is regarded as an industry authority on redemption-based promotional risk and interactive promotions.

Shaped by his work with Promotional Currency, Steve evangelizes
(to a growing audience) the use of digital entertainment-based incentives to create promotional leverage. He is helping establish a landscape where promotional applications and partnerships benefit both sponsors AND license holders. In addition, he helps clients design attention-getting prize pools that resonate with consumers. He has spoken on related topics at various industry conferences, including
Promotional Marketing Association and Leadership Music Digital Summit events.

A proud Gen-Xer, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, and being a prodigious media consumer (thanks to an overworked DVR, the miracle of Blu-ray technology, and mountainous list of blogs and podcasts).
